Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the original condition received, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process a return. Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs when returning items to us.
Items from our 'Personalized Jewelry' collection are not eligible for return due to their unique nature.
